Environmental Pictures

The enviorment of Foraoise Draiochta is made up of forests, meadows, waterfalls, and mountains. The seasons change between spring and summer so the forests and meadows are always green with grass and flowers. One main feature is the still active volcano.

Waterfalls: All of our waterfalls are unique. Each one is named for it's distinct physical features.

A Ceann Siochanta
An Ceann Siochanta, or "The Peaceful One", is named for the serenity and peace one feels from being there. Most of the water pixies often decide to reside in this area.
Draiocht Rock Falls
Named for the steep cliffs and magic like aura around the falls, Draiocht Rock Falls (Magic Rock Falls) is often flowing fast and the magical predators- Trolls and Giant Spiders are often found lurking in the forests surrounding the water.
Poll Corcra
Poll Corcra, meaning "Purple Hole", is named because of the look of  being in a hole when standing in the main cave (shown above). With the evening light, a purple aura is given off.

Forests: The forests are a big part of Foraoise Draiochta, after all, the translation means Magical Forest. We take pride in their beauty and mystery.

The Glowing Woods
These woods look like they are glowing due to the light pixies residing in the high grasses. At night they often light up with different colors and can be seen from surrounding areas. It's a great place to go for a long relaxing walk.

Meadows: The meadows in Foraoise Draiochta are often were most of the creatures spend their free time in the meadows. The meadows are often cool and peaceful.

Ait A Bhfuil An Ghrian Gheal
Ait A Bhfuil An Ghrian Gheal, meaning "Where the sun is bright", is a beautiful meadow. It surrounds a small river with plants ranging in every color growing on the lush banks. In the early morning, the sun shines through the trees and growth, giving off a distinct color, that makes this place a unique one.

Na Lilacs Corcra
This meadow, meaning "The Purple Lilacs", is named for the thousands of different  types of purple lilacs growing in the meadow. The air is filled with a distinct sweet smell from the flowers. Many creatures can be found taking naps in the lazy afternoon sun.

Volcano: Foraoise Draiochta contains one active volcano. It is main tourist attraction but should be handled with care.

Tine Te Volcano
Meaning "Hot Fire", is the only volcano in Foraoise Draiochta. Tine Te has magical features and is very dangerous. It is still active and goes off at random unknown times but when it does erupt, it's a sight to see.
